Opportunities for Bid

Harriman Utility Board (HUB) is requesting formal competitive Sealed Bids for the purchase and delivery on May 3rd, 2024, of one (1) new Ford F-250 4x4 Crew Cab 160” WB truck. Sealed bids will be received at Harriman Utility Board, Attn: Heath Lewis, Manager of Electric; P.O. Box 434, 200 North Roane Street, Harriman, TN 37748; no later than 3:00 p.m. Monday; April 22nd, 2024, at which time they will be opened. The Harriman Utility Board will vote on the approval of the purchase during the monthly board meeting scheduled for Monday April 29th, 2024. [email protected]. The following specifications shall apply:

• Ford F-250 SRW 4x4 Crew Cab XL 160” WB 6.8L V8, 10-Speed Automatic, including standard features except as noted below:

• Exterior Oxford White

• Power Windows and Door Locks

• Rearview Camera

• Upfitter Switches

Harriman Utility Board is a tax-exempt municipal governmental agency, and as such, is entitled to certain discounts for purchases, including but not limited to, local government pricing, GSA pricing, and discounted pricing as a member of the Tennessee Valley Public Power Associations’ (TVPPA) purchasing consortium.

Bidders shall include any and all discounts that apply. HUB reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities.
