The Harriman Utility Board provides fiber internet, electric, natural gas, water, and sewer services to nearly 13,000 customers throughout parts of Roane, Morgan, and Anderson Counties. Our expert team of 76 full-time employees (plus 5 part-time) leverages cutting-edge SCADA monitoring and sophisticated GIS technology to administer, operate, and maintain an extensive and complex utility infrastructure.
