Frequently Asked Questions
Who is eligible?
New and existing residential customers with 200 ampere or smaller service entrances and automated meters qualify for PrepayMyWay. Customers with loan balances, or those enrolled in Budget Billing, Automatic Bank Draft, or Recurring Credit Card programs are not eligible.
How do I pay?
Pay online, by phone, in person, at a kiosk, or with our mobile app—using cash, credit, debit, or bank draft.
What happens if my balance runs out?
If your balance runs out, your service may be disconnected immediately—including weekends and holidays. To restore service, make a payment of at least $30 or the amount needed to re-establish a credit balance.
Will I get a bill?
No monthly statements. Check your balance anytime online, by phone, or in person.
Can I cancel?
After the 3-month minimum enrollment, you may cancel Prepay MyWay at any time, provided you have a credit balance and provide a security deposit if returning to standard billing.
