Monthly Board Meetings

The Harriman Utility Board holds monthly Board Meetings on the last Monday of each month at 5:30 PM ET. The meetings are open to all members of the public, and are held at HUB’s main offices at 200 N. Roane Street in Harriman, in the downstairs meeting room.

HUB’s regular board meeting for Monday, December 29th, is cancelled due to the holidays.

Any member of the public that wishes to address the board may do so during the “Hearing of Delegations” portion of the meeting. We ask that any person wishing to do so limit their comments to three (3) minutes or less.

  • November 27th to 28th – HUB Closed for Thanksgiving
  • Thursday, December 18th – HUB Christmas Lunch at 11:30 AM
  • Tuesday, December 23rd – HUB Christmas Breakfast at 7:00 AM
  • December 24th and 25th – HUB Closed for Christmas
  • Thursday, January 1st – HUB Closed for New Year’s Day Holiday
  • Monday, January 19, 2026 – HUB Closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day Holiday
