Separate sealed Bids for furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the “2025 Exterior Painting of Main Office Building” will be received by the Owner at the Harriman Utility Board, 200 North Roane Street, Harriman, TN  37748, until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday, January 15, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of the following major elements: Painting/repainting the previously painted exterior surfaces, wood column repairs, and stucco repairs of the Owner’s main office building.

No mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held.  However, Contractors may visit the facility located at 200 North Roane Street, Harriman, TN  37748, by making an appointment with 48 hour notice by contacting Mr. James Neeley at [email protected] or 865/882-3242 ext.249. 

Bids will only be accepted from Contractor’s that are listed on Engineer’s list of planholders who have purchased the Contract Documents and Specifications.

Engineer shall be provided with the following information: mailing address for both U.S. Postal Service and physical delivery, telephone number, FAX number, email address, and name of contact person.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all bids as deemed in the best interest of the Owner, and to re-advertise the project as necessary.
